Bill Larson has been active in the management of multifamily housing for over forty years in all facets in the property management field. His career spans the spectrum of apartment property management.  From his beginning as an on–site manager to President of several mid-sized firms, Bill has demonstrated a focus on enhanced value for the client.

During his career, Bill has managed over 50,000 units He now is providing what we call 'boutique ' management. He has been involved in:

• Conventional assets,

• HUD-insured properties

• Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. 

​

Most recently Bill provided acquisition and management services for the purchase of $400,000,000 of multifamily assets.

Bill has demonstrated a strong ability to develop his management and accounting teams to focus their talents to meet the owner’s objectives.

Bill has a BS in Business Administration with a major in Economics from the University of Dayton and is a long-standing member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Bill has been married to Delinda for over forty years and they have two children and6 grandchildren all in the Kansas City area.. He is active in his church and community.

Bill is proud to be a US Army Veteran and assists in outreach to homeless vets.
